Terms of Service

Operator: First Row Baseball ("we," "us," or "our")

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or playing First Row Baseball (including related web services at firstrowbaseball.com and play.firstrowbaseball.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password) and for all activities under your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another individual.

3. In-Game Currency & Virtual Goods

First Row Baseball features virtual currencies (including Player Cash and Tokens), player cards, equipment, and team franchises ("Virtual Goods").

• No Real-World Cash Value: Virtual Goods are licensed to you, not sold. They have zero cash value, do not accrue interest, and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real money or legal tender outside the game.
• Prohibition of RMT (Real Money Trading): Selling, auctioning, or trading Virtual Goods or accounts outside the official in-game mechanics for real money, cryptocurrency, or third-party value is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent account ban.

4. Code of Conduct & Anti-Cheat

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or third-party software to interact with game servers or automate gameplay.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or engine flaws to gain an unfair advantage or duplicate Virtual Goods. (Bugs should be reported immediately via official channels such as Discord #bug-report).
• Engage in harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or toxic conduct toward other players or staff.

5. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service without prior notice. Account termination results in the forfeiture of all associated Virtual Goods, player cards, inventory, and unused in-game balances, with no entitlement to a refund.

6. Service Modifications & Server Availability

First Row Baseball is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, balance, update, or temporarily shut down game servers for maintenance, bug fixes, or feature updates. We are not liable for any temporary service disruptions or loss of access to Virtual Goods during maintenance or database updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Row Baseball and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
